If she has metastatic disease and is throwing up blood, the best treatment is supportive She is not curable. Help her live a comfortable life in the short time she has left.

Well, I'm sorry to hear about your friend, but it is very unlikely that she will survive this. There are no good treatments for pancreatic cancer currently available and the average life span after diagnosis is 6 months to 1 year, with less than 5% of those diagnosed still alive after 5 years.
Tell her to do what she thinks is best, but when the time comes, just make sure she's someplace quiet and comfortable.

Didn't your last question about this get deleted? I can find NO cases of a 19 yr old female with pancreatic cancer. If by some miracle, she has this, it would not cause her to throw up blood. Basically the same answer I gave you before.
