Mesothelioma Cancer

I went and had an ultrasound done of my gallbladder and found some gallstones,no big deal right?
But in the report it says theirs a QUESTIONABLE hyperechoic image at the tail of pancreas?
What is that and does it mean i have cancer???
I know its some kind of wave that hit something?
Could it of hit a tumor?
I had a cat scan today but have to wait till friday for results.
In the meantime,im crying and upset.
Cant eat or sleep worrying i have pancreatic cancer.
Im only 47 and a single father of 2 little girls.
I dont want to die,
Please,someone help me with this hyper thing.

I has an ultrasound done of gallbladder and the results say i have a gallstone and hyperechoic at the tail of pancreas.
I went to my family Dr today who says its nothing to worry about that my blood levels are ok but ordered a cat scan to be sure.
But hes not a specialist and i am concerned of what hyperechoic means?
Do i need to worry about pancreatic cancer?
Im in no pain and urine and blood are ok!
I need someone who knows what this means to tell me if its serious or just inflamation or what?
