Mesothelioma Cancer

I had an ultrasound and it showed a fatty liver and pancreas. But the pancreas concerns me because pancreatic cancer runs in my family. Is there a chance it’s that? What other things can cause a fatty pancreas? I’m a 14 year old female. I DO NOT drink or smoke etc. Please if anyone has any answers it would be helpful. Thanks.

I have type 1 diabetes and I was just wondering, since my pancreas isn’t “functioning” how it’s supposed to am I at risk for pancreatic cancer or any serious health risks besides the ones I already know, such as amputations, strokes, heart attacks, etc…

im a 19 year old male who dosent smoke or drink i keep getting pain in my upper left back just a bit under the shoulder and when i press on it it hurts also when its really bad i usually feel naseated i also have bowel problems i always feel like my movements are incomplete they however are not pale which i guess is good but still im just wondering is this acute or chronic pancreatis or possibly pancreatic cancer(which i hope its not) i also get pain in my left AND right shoulders sometimes

in light of Patrick swayze’s untimely diagnoses of pancreatic cancer and my mother having type 2 diabetes. I was wondering if someone could have a pancreas transplant. I mean take out a non working one and put in a new one boom, insulin production. This could also help people with type 1 diabets. . . or is it not as simple as i think? Has there ever been one attempted?

I has an ultrasound done of gallbladder and the results say i have a gallstone and hyperechoic at the tail of pancreas.
I went to my family Dr today who says its nothing to worry about that my blood levels are ok but ordered a cat scan to be sure.
But hes not a specialist and i am concerned of what hyperechoic means?
Do i need to worry about pancreatic cancer?
Im in no pain and urine and blood are ok!
I need someone who knows what this means to tell me if its serious or just inflamation or what?
