Mesothelioma Cancer

My grandmother was diagnosed about a week ago with cystic pancreatic cancer. I don’t know a lot about it, but the doctor says she has spots on her liver and a couple other places. She has a huge tumor that they were not able to remove. Exactly what stage of cancer would she have and how long will she possibly live? They are going to start her on some pill tomorrow to treat it. From what I understand it will possibly shrink the tumor and keep the cancer from spreading… Anyways, her heart is out of rhythm and has been for quite some time. Will the pill effect her heart?

I have a narrowing of the end point of the bile duct in my pancreas due to calcium build up. (no cancer) I am not a candiate for stent procedure.
I also have a rather large pseuto-cyst that is slowly growing.
My surgeon said I may have to have an opration where he redirects the small intestine directly to the pancreas to allow fluid to drain into the intestine; thereby bypassing the clogged small opening from the pancreas into the small intestine.
Does anyone know what this procedure is called? Success rate? Side effects? Mortality rate? Other options? Could I return to a reasonably normal diet afterwards including dairy and fats?
Has anyone ever had this done themselves?

pancreactic cancer treatment

cancer patient is turning orange and urine is also orange? She is in alot of pain and down to nothing in regards to her weight. I know my sister in law is dying but does this turning orange of the skin and orange urine mean the end is near? What part of the body may be shutting down to cause this? She’s had a PET scan done and an upper GI but those showed nothing. She’s to have an MRI today. I’m just wondering is all. Blessings.
