We have debate agout organ transplants and we have secenario. this is it
Kevin, a three time scoring champion three times mvp who is 29 yrs old has recently been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and placed on a waiting list for an organ transplant. jason, a 31 yr old security guard has a similer disorder and has been on the waiting list for 3 years. on OPO has just identified a pancreas that matches both jason and kevin. they are both equally ill. who do u think most probably willrecieve the organ and why?
i am supposed to be for the basketball guy, but i dont even agree with it, but tha’ts what the teacher gave me. so i would relaly appreciate any points that i culd use to support kevin getting the transplant. thanks a bunch in advance!!!!

one of my friends know that my dad has pancreatic cancer, she hasnt even bothered to ask if hes okay, or if im okay
i feel like my friends dont even want me around
they dont tell me anything and im always not talking because i have no idea what there doing anymore
during lunch they walk really fast and leave me behind
there always calling me dumb and they think i know nothing
and i stutter, whenever i do they start smiling
i find it so RUDE
im starting to hate them all so much
ive been really distant with them for the past couple days, hanging out with other people at lunch and they havent even asked where i was…
im in grade ten
my home life is a mess as well
my mom cant handle all the stree
everythings falling apart….

Lately, for the past few weeks, maybe a month or two, i’ve been having a lot of lighter colored stools that come out really thin. also more diarrhea than i’m used to. i’ve also gained a bit of weight. i haven’t really kept track of how often this happens, but it seems like quite a bit. i’m watching oprah right now and they’re talking about pancreatic cancer and i’m getting incredibly scared that i have it. i have some of the symptoms, but not jaundice or weight loss. i’ve also been very stressed out and depressed lately. could stress be a cause? what about diet? i don’t have health insurance, so i can’t go to a doctor to ask all these questions.
are there any other causes of these problems that you know of?

My mom had pretty bad liver and pancreatic cancer and they are down to the last kimo therapy. It is also experimental and the chances that it will help is quite slim. And even if it does they usually only work for about 20 weeks. And the docotrs say that they don’t have anything else after that. But is that REALLY true? There isn’t ANY hope after this? I did some research a long time ago and i heard somethign about this machine that uses radiowaves to zap cancer cells? What is that all about? Is there ANYTHING else that can help? She also just got anmonia a few days ago and feels really bad and is now in the hospital. Doctors say surgery is not a option. PLEASE if you know ANYTHING please help me!
